Questions?
| How do the holiday companies benefit from the timeshare weeks? | 18th November 2006 |
| In short, it’s for availability reasons. Varying from company to company on what they need, they use the timeshare for rental to their own clients. Therefore the problems you have encountered with trying use your timeshare yourself, are not an issue to a company with numerous customers to make the most of it. | |

| I have been trying to sell my timeshare for years with no success. How do I know this way will be any different? | 18th november 2006 |
| Most people have only tried the resale route for trying to sell. This is simply where they advertise your week for sale for you. The problem with this method is that timeshare has a bad name with the general public. Therefore most people are not interested in purchasing any timeshare. Roughly half of the UK timeshare owners are trying to sell their timeshare, with only 2% actually wanting to buy any. So if you are one of the lucky ones to find a buyer, you will not receive anything near the price that you originally paid for it. We do not advertise to the general public or pretend to have a buyer for you. We simply “match make” yourselves with companies that are looking for a criteria of timeshare for their own use right now. If you have an interest from one of the companies your timeshare, you can go ahead with the sale right away. If there is no offer, we will keep you on our system, just in case there is an interest in the future. No false promises. | |
