Red Hot Weeks are constantly on the search for more Companies that have a use for Timeshare accommodation.
Most of the Companies we already deal with are holiday Companies, so their use is obvious. However, other types of Companies that have an alternative use for some Timeshare weeks have approached us.
Usually, it is used as an incentive for staff. So target-driven companies approach us.
The way it works is hundreds of timeshare owners advertise their timeshare or points for sale free of charge with us. Their data is added to our existing database. You then make the request for the timeshare you require (e.g. five Christmas weeks at Tenerife), and how much you are prepared to pay for the weeks. We contact all existing matches with the offer. The first five to confirm they are willing to sell for that price we help them with the arrangements to come to your offices and complete the transfer to yourselves. Therefore, you do, and pay nothing until we deliver what you require. Once the transfer has completed we charge you either a minimum fee, or a percentage of the offer paid. We do request that all maintenance is up to date, and all decision makers are present for you, to provide a "clean sale" for all parties, unless you specifically state otherwise.
To keep our excellent reputation within the market place, we do enforce a ONE STRIKE AND OUT! rule. This is essential due to the image of the industry. The timeshare sellers will ONLY visit your offices if you deliver what you promised. Therefore, if you do not offer what you have promised just ONCE we will refuse to supply you and any associated Companies with anymore timeshare owners. There is NO exception on this rule, unless the timeshare seller has not been correct about what they have for sale, resulting in no sale. In that case we accept no responsibility for yourselves or the client. To prevent this situation, we repeatedly do very thorough checks on what the seller has and hasn't got for sale, and that everybody required to be present is present.
Taking this tough stance has made our business grow from strength to strength. For us, the more Companies we have listed as TRUSTED Companies, the better it is for our sellers, as they manage to sell far quicker and cheaper than ANY form of advertising or marketing.
